Welcome to the Optoelectronic Materials and Devices Laboratory

We are working on solution processable novel electronic devices, including photovoltaic cells, light-emitting diodes, thin film transistors and sensors. We are using various kinds of novel materials, including small molecule organic semiconductors, conjugate polymers, two-dimensional nanomaterials, solution processable inorganic semiconductors, as well as perovskite-structured semiconductors, to pursue high performance devices. Devices are also used as characterization tools for fundamental charge transport and photophysics studies.
