實驗室主要研究新穎材料與光的交互作用,利用雷射結構光的偏振(自旋角動量)及軌道角動量特性,結合光譜量測技術和平台,研究光子、電子、聲子、激子之間的交互作用。利用非破壞式的光學量測技術探究新穎材料的光電物理,探索未來可應用的光電元件平台。 實驗室可學到的領域:半導體光電特性、新穎材料光電物理特性、光學設計、雷射物理、光偏振解析光譜技術,與半導體及光電產業發展直接相關。

Lu's lab is primarily dedicated to exploring the interplay between novel materials and light. We employ laser-structured light featuring polarization (spin angular momentum) and orbital angular momentum characteristics. By integrating spectroscopic measurement techniques and platforms, we investigate the interactions among photons, electrons, phonons, and excitons. Utilizing non-destructive optical measurement techniques, we delve into the optoelectronic physics of innovative materials with the goal of uncovering potential applications for future optoelectronic devices. The lab offers opportunities to delve into areas such as semiconductor optoelectronic properties, optoelectronic physics of novel materials, optical design, laser physics, and polarization-resolved spectroscopic techniques. These areas directly contribute to the advancement of the semiconductor and optoelectronic industries.
